Been real busy this week man. Sam left for NZ last Sunday so I had alot of time to kill, or so I thought. Lets do a recap of what I did.

Played bball at NUS on Monday (Vesak Day) morning. Super sunburnt. Slept the whole afternoon, woke up in the evening to go for my uncle's wake, then fetched my sis from the airport, and ate Popeye's with her.

Went to work on Tueday and went to the wake after that.

Went to work on Wednesday and went to the wake after that. Watched Champions League till almost 6am.

Took leave on Thursday 'cos had to send my uncle off. Got up at 9am which means I only had 3 hours of sleep. Got home at 5pm and finally had time to do my own stuff but was pretty tired.

Went to work on Friday. Eat-with-your-family day. Went home at 5pm to eat with my family. Lol. Watched some TV and went to bed early 'cos still pretty drained from the whole week of activity.

Spent time with my PS3 the whole of Saturday. Went East Coast to play Futsal with my healthy lifestyle gang. Freaking fun la. We started at 11pm (EPL kick off timing) and I got home at 1+. Knees were wobbly.

Woke up with a strained hamstring today. Think it was due to the lack of warmup yesterday. Cos we had to pay $80 for one hour usage of the pitch, so we started hastily and totally non-stop for an hour. Going to the airport soon to pick Sam.

Ok that about sums up my week. I know its a boring post. =P

Since everybody's blogging about the Sichuan earthquake, I'll contribute something as well.

北暮苍山兰舟四,
京无落霞缀清川。
奥年叶落缘分地,
运水微漾人却震。

Thats a poem by 李白. Still don't see anything? Read the first word of each line, then read the last word.

Scary ain't it?

This is part two of the funniest things happen in the lifts.

I was in the lift this morning with my neighbour who stays above me. And she is a YDR (a hanyu pinyin abbrevation of her race).

At the 13th storey, the door opened. A little boy and his dad were waiting for the lift. The dad was busy rolling up his sleeves and he coaxed the little boy to hurry up and enter the lift. The little boy is probably in kindergarten judging by his uniform. The moment he stepped into the lift, he pinched his nose.

When his dad realised, he gave a sheepish smile to the YDR. Damn funny lar! And when they were getting off the lift at the ground floor, the little boy did the same action. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I doubt it was 'cos of me la, I hope. But anyways, I hope next time my son will be just like the little boy. Well done little boy!

I'm so glad that April is finally over. Been having a run of bad luck for the second half of April. My mum says its not April.. it should be the third month of the lunar calendar. So today is the first day of the fourth month in the lunar calendar so I expect things to change. Well, first things first, let me strike Toto tonight please!

Let me recap what happened during that bloody suay month. A lot of financial losses, car broke down 'cos battery spoilt somemore it was close to 12 midnight, swollen lips and painful ulcers that lasted a week, back was in pain for the whole of last week to the extent that I had to take one day of non-certified medical leave.

Anyways, South Park is back. Season 12. Gossip Girls is back too. Hopefully Heroes and Prison Break will be back sooner.

Been touring car showrooms with my dad and Sam as well. Too bad lah now's not the time for me to change my car. Maybe 1 or 2 years later bah. Otherwise I'll definitely get the Daihatsu Copenz which is like a convertible.. 660cc but with turbo charged engine. Or I'll get the Honda Civic Type R 4-doors version. Too bad that one only got manual. I think I've forgotten how to drive a manual car and its pretty mad to drive a manual car to work cos of the heavy traffic at Lornie Rd every morning. Then again, now its really too soon for me to change my lil Blackie. I felt a tinge of sadness and guilt when I toyed with the idea of changing my car now. Didn't know I'm so emotionally tied to it. Ahahahaha now I sound gay.

Ok I'll end off with a quote of the day. Go figure it.

'Girls who think that the way to a man's heart is through the stomach is probably aiming a little too high.'
