Ok its time for the last post of 2007. Sibe cliche but what the heck la.

Was reading some of my older posts. Oh my, how time flies. 2 years seems to be rather long when you are looking at 2 years in the future but it passes so damn quickly when you are looking back at the past 2 years. A case of half empty or half full?

I was looking for my last NY resolution but seems like I didn't make any. Instead I found my belated bday wishlist of last year. Take a look at the following.

Anyway here's my belated xmas cum birthday wishlist!

1) NBA Live 2007 (PSP) [got it]
2) a pair of working shoes
3) a pair of jeans
4) Ben Sherman stuff [got a tee]
5) a Fred Perry polo tee [got a v-neck polo tee]
6) a two-seater couch
7) the whole set of Chronicles of Narnia
8) last but not least, everyone to live in perfect harmony.

Well, I've gotten most of those stuff except number 7 and number 8. BUT, I've gotten more than what I had wished for. I got myself a job, a PS3, a disastrous final semester result, and alot of shit.

***********************************

Sorry got distracted while playing my PS3 online. Was challenging some other ppl in WE2008 on the network.

Okie resolutions for 2008!

1) Be nicer to Sam.
2) Work hard.
3) Change my bad habits.

But I think I'll be stuck at 1). Lol!

Happy Holidays folks!

Haven't been in the office since Hari Raya. Only came back for half a day to celebrate Christmas. Damn bloody slack but now I'm suffering. I was unable to sleep last night until 4am man. Toss n turn n turn n toss since 2am. Then I thought I'll watch something boring on TV. Switched to History Channel and the bloody program on UFO was so interesting that I kept watching.

Anyways, the long break was damn shiok. Christmas eve was spent at Serangoon eating reunion dinner with the TCHSbros. After that Sam wanted to go for midnight mass. And so, we went to St Theresa's church. Apparently, Sam did not really have strong faith in her own church 'cos she looked down on them and claimed that they are poor and do not have air conditioning. In the end, there was.

During the mass, the priest who ironically looks like Santa was talking n talking in his foreign accent. *Didn't know that nowadays churches also believe in foreign talent scheme*. Then all of a sudden, I thought he said "when you receive the uterus, you are receiving the Lord". I was bewildered. Afterwards, Sam told me that its not uterus but actually referring to the piece of thing they eat for communion. Wow enlightenment. I had quite a good laugh about it.

The eve of my bday, aka Christmas day was spent squeezing through the crowd to buy my PS3. Yes, I did it again. Last year I bought my Dopod during Christmas. This year I bought my PS3. Seems like I have a bad habit of splurging on myself during this period of time. Others will spend their money buying gifts for others (just like the people in my office who buy presents for everybody), but I the GRINCH just like to spend on myself. Ho ho ho.

I had dinner at 333 on 26th Dec, aka Boxing day. After that, I was 'tricked' into going to Paragon's Bakerzinn where my friends had gathered. Sam was pretty pleased that she managed to trick me. I guess my friends were impressed too 'cos I'm raaather sharp and alert and I hate surprises for myself (unless its striking 4D or toto). Well, I've learnt my lesson in 2005 when I made somebody cry 'cos of my cleverness. So nowadays, I just act stupid n play along.

Currently, I'm hooked on Guitar Hero. So if you don't see me blogging anytime soon, I'm prob on my road to Rock Stardom. Peace out.

PussyJus and I were discussing something via email. At the end of the mail, he typed: "give the man a fish and he eats for one day. teach him to fish and he eats for a lifetime".

Freaking funny lah, come and act all wise and sagey.

So I replied: "give the man a fish and he'll want sharks fin. teach him to fish and he'll want to catch a shark".

People always cannot be satisfied with whatever they have. Sigh what to do, Singaporeans leh.
