Money not enuf @ 3:17 PM

Pussyjus told me that winning money from gambling may not be a good thing. Here's a brief recap of what happened..

Last Saturday nite, the pigs and the dogs (read: zhu peng gou you) gathered at the Butcher's house in Serangoon for a CNY blackjack session in the wee hours of the morning.

In the end, Pussyjus won 80+ bucks in total. Dex n candice combined for a total loss of 50+ bucks. I lost 17 bucks.

On Sunday nite at 2am, Pussyjus was having a fever of 38 degrees celcius. He was gonna leave hall and take a midnite cab home. We calculated his total cost.

Cab = $15

Visit to the doc the next day = $30

Top up petrol to go Serangoon the previous nite = $10

TH production tix on Sunday = $12

Opportunity cost for being sick = $13

Total cost = $80

Hmmm.. so I guess its not really good to win money from your own friends from gambling. Perhaps there is really such a thing call karma. I lost $17 so maybe I'm going to strike 4D or Toto. As for our generous Dex n Candice, I guess they didn't really mind losing so much. Christians like them only hope for one form of reward. That is to go to heaven later on in their lives. Amen.
